ANDREW S. VIOLA has been a partner with the firm since 1996. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1993 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University in 1988. Prior to his attendance at Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Viola served as a Probation Officer with the Morris County Probation Department and interned with both the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Morris County Public Defender’s Office. His practice includes criminal and civil litigation, municipal court practice, worker’s compensation and family law. Mr. Viola also has experience with Real Estate and Estate Planning. Mr. Viola is licensed to practice in New Jersey, including Federal Court, and having passed the New York and Pennsylvania Bar, is eligible for admission in those states.
