

MICHAEL P. ALBANO joined the firm as a partner in February 1990 after clerking for the Honorable George Farrell in the Superior Court of New Jersey and working in the private practice for 3 years. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Scranton in 1982. He has served as Solicitor for Washington Township, Runnemede, Magnolia, and presently serves as Solicitor for the Barrington Planning Board, Alloway Planning Board, Chesilhurst Planning Board and Mannington Planning Board. Mr. Albano has substantial experience in matrimonial, personal injury, real estate, municipal law and zoning and planning. He is a member of the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys, Camden and Gloucester County Bar Associations and a Trustee for the Gloucester County Bar Foundation. He is a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Camden and Gloucester Counties and is a court appointed commissioner for condemnation cases. Mr. Albano is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Federal Court. He is an active community supporter and has served on various volunteer committees.
